Why does armed security cost more than unarmed security?

The old adage, “you get what you pay for”, applies to security service, too. The average unarmed security guard receives 20-40 hours of minimum security training. Our officers receive thousands of hours of training throughout their careers, years of experience, and the knowledge and judgment that comes with that experience.

Do I really need armed security officers?

Does a carpenter need a hammer to build a house? Of course they do! Our armed security officers have the critical tools needed to respond to the worst of worst situations. While we seek to resolve problems without having to use those tools, they are at the ready for those critical moments while your life is on the line.

Why can’t I just hire police officers from my local police department?

We hire the same quality officers as those that police your neighborhood, but we have access to a larger pool of individuals that are not subject to local resource limitations. During these times of crisis, police officers in your community may not be available to assist you.

Aren’t armed off-duty cops a bit too  much? I don’t expect active shooters to show up at my workplace. Why else would I need an armed security officer with so much training and experience?

No one ever expects violence at their workplace but being prepared for critical incidents could save your life or the life of another. Our off-duty police officers are trained to handle all situations that arise, just like they do while working as police officers in the community.

Severability

All rights and restrictions contained in this Agreement may be exercised and shall be applicable and binding only to the extent that they do not violate any applicable laws and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary so that they will not render this Agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable. If any provision or portion of any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intention of the parties that the remaining provisions or portions thereof shall constitute their agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all such remaining provisions or portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes and amendments
